Prep Instructions

1 lb boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
Assorted vegetables, such as Broccoli and Yellow Bell Pepper, cut in 1–2 inch pieces (about 4 cups)
3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Refrigerate leftovers.
1. Heat oven to 400°F.
2. Using a fork, whisk together oil and seasoning in large bowl.
Place chicken breasts in bowl with seasoning blend, turning to coat both sides.
Transfer chicken breasts to sheet pan with sides*.
3. Add vegetables to seasoning blend; stir well to coat. Transfer to sheet pan with chicken.
4. Bake 35 minutes, or until chicken breasts are thoroughly cooked (165 F)
5. Drizzle with Lemon Garlic sauce as desired.
*For easy clean up, line sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
