So this was my first time making this dish and it wasn't too bad at all. I decided to alter it a little bit because I wasn't sure how I would like it with tomato soup. So I made it with cream of mushroom soup instead and it was really good. I did add garlic salt and pepper to the beef as it was cooking and then some more to the dish when mixing everything together. I also don't use just plain cheddar cheese, I used Cheddar Jack, it has more flavor. But this was good. As with many of these recipes you just need to make sure you add your own seasonings! I even got my picky 4 year old to eat this! :)

I made this today and my husband and son loved it. I on the other hand was not impressed with it. They scraped the casserole dish clean. It was simple and quick, but I really just didn't like it.I wont be making it again unless they ask for it. I'll be eating something different the night they ask for it.
