Wild Rice and Almond Stuffing
teaspoon butter or margarine
cup finely chopped celery stalk
medium green onion, finely chopped (1 tablespoon)
cup cooked wild rice
tablespoon sliced almonds
Melt butter in 8-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook celery and onion in butter, stirring frequently, until celery is crisp-tender. Stir in remaining ingredients.
