Hi Pat this is EXCELLENT information on ineerntt video tips. I really can see that breaking up your video with the transitions really makes the video seem shorter and more interesting. I also love the use of the captions that breaks it up too. Can't wait to try these in our next video!!

Elegant dessert & very easy to prepare. I substituted shaved Andes mints for the crushed peppermints. I''m even making it for a 300+ catering function.
