This was my favorite of your recipes when Chicken Helper jambalaya was available. Haven't been able to make it taste the same since the Jambalaya was pulled off shelves (the good news is that in this case, Zatarain's just isn't as good). Any possibility that Chicken Helper would bring back the Jambalaya?!!!

I had to use the Zatarain's jambalaya mix as well and I added 2 cups of chicken stock to make it soupier. We doubled the peanut butter and used chunky. Next time I would add extra peanuts and some fresh cilantro on top. My whole family dug it.

Couldn't find the Betty Crocker chicken helper in our store, so used Zatarain's jambalaya mix. We also left out the sausage, and next time I would add more peanut butter (crunchy for more texture!)

I prepared this quick and easy dish this evening. I left out the sausage and added a habanero pepper. Next time I will add a little more peanut butter. Highly enjoyed.

This has to be one of the best recipes we have tried. It sounded a little scary at first but it is so easy to make and wonderful to eat.

I tried this tonight only making one substitution. I used Hot rotel tomatoes and chiles. It added just the right amount of spice. I was afraid it may end up peanut buttery, but the peanut butter added a hint of nutty flavor. I will be making this alot in the winter. Nice and hearty and perfect for cold nights.

Great, easy, tasty. I left out the sausage just to lower fat/calories and it was still really good. Whole family liked it, so will keep this handy.
