I love this recipe & I cook mostly from scratch. I have been a vegetarian for 31 years, so it's fun to find a new recipe that can become a regular! Another reader mentioned not being able to find sausage style crumbles. Both Boca & Morningstar Farms make really good ones- look for them in your store's freezer section. I always cook the veggies, especially onions, first. The browned onions add a great deal of "meatiness" & richness to the recipe. When they are just browning, I add the crumbles. I do this on any recipes I use crumbles in. Other than that, this recipe rocks! We love it! We have also made it with kale instead of spinach...yummy!
