I made a little modification to this recipe that got rave review from my family. In addition to using a little milk to mix the potato filling, I also used some sour cream. Delish!!!

My family loves this recipe! I add diced ham for extra flavor. Sometimes when we want to make this the potatoes on hand aren't great quality so when that happens I put the filling in a dish and bake it like that instead of in the peels. Still tastes great!
