Ingredients

1: package (1 lb) bulk Italian sausage

1: cup chopped green bell pepper (1 large)

1: cup chopped onion (1 large)

2: cans (19 oz each) Progresso® Vegetable Classics hearty tomato soup

2: cans (19 oz each) Progresso® cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

1/2: cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)

Directions

1 In 4-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, cook sausage, bell pepper and onion over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink.
2 Stir in soups and beans. Cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot.
3 Sprinkle each serving with cheese.

This was a "Hit" for my entire family! We'll be adding this into dinner rotation. I doubled the recipe to make it stretch for seconds. My DH loves spicy chili so he added a little cayenne pepper for a "Spicy Kick!"

This recipe was very easy and full of flavor. Since my husband is on a restricted diet, I used ground turkey instead of the sausage and friends and family still thought it was a good recipe.

I like this dish. I did make a few changes, as I did not have the Italian sausage. I used Polska Kielbasa and added Italian seasoning, garlic powder and pepper. I followed the rest of the recipe as it said.
