AWESOME!! I make a cheesecake for every holiday and this one got raves from everyone. The only thing I changed on the recipe is that I used a springform pan instead of the glass baking dish the recipe called for. I was afraid it may be too runny and not stand up like a cheesecake did so I let it cool longer in the ring, but it held up beautifully.
I let everyone add their own caramel and nuts to their own tastes. I also had pecans, cashews and cocktail peanuts for variety.
It was very rich, very creamy and just plain decadent. They've already asked for this one to be made again for Christmas!
