Just made this for lunch the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I diced the turkey into small bite size pieces and cut the cornbread dressing into crouton size squares. I used store bought turkey gravy.
It was really really good! My daughter (7yo) and I have had 3 pieces each and my son (8 yo) has had 2. I think I would like to try it with onions, that would probably enhance the flavors a bit.
Give this recipe a try. Super easy and really out of the box.
