Satisfy hearty appetites with a tuna casserole with a few extras like broccoli and roasted red bell pepper.

This was awesome. I love the flavor of the leek soup mix. I did not add the broccoli but added some mushrooms instead. I'm going to try this again with shredded chicken.

Delicious! Only the pickiest didn't care for it.... The leek soup was a fast alternative to my usual sauce. Tasted better too!

I added 1 teaspoon of pre-minced garlic to the soup mix and used fresh broccoli and 1 cup of frozen peas. I also doubled the tuna. It is just me in my house, and a casserole usually gets tossed after the second time I eat it. This one made it to the end of the week and I almost licked the dish clean. YUM.

I have made a similar recipe - but this one is far more favorable - - can't wait to serve it as a company dish - I am sure they will ask for the recpe -- I am kosher and am frustrated and usually have to improvise -- this was an easy recipe to use with little changes. Thank you!!!

I loved this recipe. It had enough taste to the tuna without becoming to overwhelming. I also put in more bell peppers then called for and I loved it!

This was very good! I did make a few changes: fresh broccoli instead of frozen and garlic & parsley noodles I found at the grocery store. Also added some parmesan cheese. Don''t leave out the roasted red peppers, really add to the flavor. As the Annoying Miss R. says: Yum-O!!!

This is a great quicky, and leans toward healthy. You can even put a couple of fish fillets in there, cut about an inch squares etc. :)
