I love this recipe, a real comfort food and a nice change from the heavy cream laden sauces that I also love dearly. And I don't know of pouches that are not already drained, so I use the canned in water and reserve some of the water, in case I need to add a touch... don't squeeze the water out of the pouches for sure. And don't add all of the bread crumbs till you are sure it is not too dry. These Tuna Burgers are very economical, especially made with canned Tuna or Salmon in the can.
