I just finished making and eating this soup. It was excellent. I halved the recipe, since I was cooking for myself, but put in the full amount of seasonings, since every recipe I've tried from this site is bland(except the desserts, they're just fine). I also used a cup of chicken stock instead of some of the water, and left out the boullion. It'll be a while before I make it again, since the leftovers are enough for two more meals, and a big bowl of this is a complete meal.
