These mounds of flavorful mashed sweet potatoes nicely accompany turkey, ham and pork. They're even more impressive when piped into rosettes.

These are great. We normally do baked sweet potatoes with butter and brown sugar, and this was a nice touch. My mother in law, who said she hates sweet potatoes tried these, and now she makes them for every holiday, and brags to every one about how they have to try them.

I had a small ladies catering at the Library. I did have to practice some making the rosettes but I aced it and they were a hit. They turned out beautiful!

I'm going to make this dish for Easter. It sounds wonderful. We eat lots of sweet potatoes all year long. One of my favorite dinners is ham or smoked porkchops with either baked sweet potatoes or mashed, and topped with creamy country gravy...delicious!! Baked with butter & brown sugar or maple syrup ain't bad either!!

This recipes tastes wonderful. My husband was unsure whether or not he was going to like these but he loved them instead of the traditional candied sweet potatoes. I will be making these sweet potatoes for all of my special occasions.

These sweet potato puffs are fabulous. My whole family just loves them (including 2 boys under the age of 3). It''s really nice being able to make them in advance. I omit the ginger and replace with nutmeg. I add the nutmeg to the potato as well as chopped marshmallow. I also top them with chopped mini marshmallows and leave them in a warm oven to melt. They are really great!
