GREAT MUFFINS! I went back to your original recipe {the one with the brown suger} also added cinnamon. Shades of my Mom's muffins.

We made Peach Melba muffins using this recipe as a base. We added 3/4 C Oatmeal 1/2 C Frozen Peaches and 1/2 C Raspberries and just a dash of cinnamon. Baked for 17 mins and were delicious!

When I was growing up we had blueberry bushes in our back yard. This was my family's go-to recipe for fresh blueberry muffins! Dad would go pick the berries while Mom whipped up the batter and, presto, a great, hot breakfast. My husband isn't particularly fond of blueberries so I typically split the batter in half before putting it into the muffin tins. My half gets 1/4 cup berries and his half gets 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips. Perfect!!

I was tring to relive a memory, my gram used to make Bisquick muffins when I was a youngster. I was happy when I found the original recipe. They turned out great, but not as good as hers.

This is a wonderful recipe. I made the muffins with Strawberries, Blue Berries, I even made them with 1/2 cup browned/drained Sausage. My kids loved them. I did sub - half and half for the milk as I am trying to pack as many calories as I can. (Family member lost weight due to illness)

This recipe made great muffins, I made several kinds. Strawberry, Blue Berry and one batch with 1/2 cup of browned sausage. We loved them. I did sub Half and Half for the milk. Trying to pack a lot of calories for a sick family member.
