I made this cupcakes and they are probably one of the worst cupcakes I have ever tasted. Tastes more like a biscuit than a cake. Actually it tastes like a really biscuit-y cake. The texture falls apart. I agree with nearly all the other reviews. This recipe was HORRIBLE and it reminded me more of corn bread than cupcakes! Ew! =(

These cupcakes gave me the feeling that I was eating a biscuit with frosting on it. The were also somewhat dry. I would not make these again.
