I love the concept of this soup and it was very easy to prepare. However, it really needs something more than just the seasoning packet contained in the noodle package. Perhaps some onion and/or garlic which would not be out of character for Asian cooking. Maybe even some actual soy sauce. My family found it to be a little on the spicey side apparently from the ginger contained in the seasoning packet but I enjoyed it for the most part. I do intend to try it again but plan to make the above mentioned changes for myself.
