This is awesome! The only thing I did different was seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Also dredged lightly in flour so there was no soupy issues. My husband and I loved it.

Great recipe. A few additions: added flour to thicken the sauce, added red peppers to the spinach mixture and squeezed fresh lemon on the whole dish once cooked. Delicious!

This was delicious and nutritious. A new family favorite! I did season the chicken with a salt, pepper, garlic powder combo prior to cooking. I also used a 6 oz. bag of baby spinach instead of 10 oz. like the recipe called for. Definitely use a 10 oz. bag. There was too much sauce, but it was tasty especially if you sopp it up with a piece of bread.

After reading that this might be bland, I added a bunch of my house seasoning to the chicken. I also added in a red bell pepper with the spinach, for color and texture... and of course some garlic too. I did not wait for the liquid to boil away and I wanted more sauce so I added some cornstarch. Served with some cous cous, it was great!

I am shocked, my husband loved this dish. He normally dislikes vegetables. But he thought the cooked spinach with onions was scrumptious; even bragged at work about it! I thought it was OK. The nutmeg is interesting.

We really loved this dish. I wish I had read the reviews prior to making it as I forgot to add the recipes seasoning at the end, let alone maybe adding some of my own! So, yes, mine was a bit bland because of my ommission but we still liked it enough to put in our favorites. Next time, will remember to add seasoning and I am sure that it will be that much better than before. I'll also add more spinach. The chicken was so moist cooked this way. I thought that the posting that mentioned adding some cornstarch was worth trying as I found a little too much liquid was left even though I cooked it longer than directed in the recipe. I was just going to add less milk next time, but the cornstarch is a good way of taking care of that.

Was excellent. Did have the same problem as one of the other reviews as being a little soupy. But loved all the same.

I read the reviews first which was probably a good thing. added no salt seasoning as well to chicken, and used a little cornstarch to thicken. The great thing about this recipe is you can add whatever seasonings you want to try like ginger or a little soy sauce for an asian flare, I will try that next time. Served it with spicy mushroom for a side, as we cook for a diabetic, but what a simple healthy meal!

My husband made this and it was very quick and easy. The chicken is so moist, but I agree it is a bit bland. We did not use the nutmeg and just added some salt and pepper. Next time we will season the chicken before cooking. He did add a little corn starch for thickening so that nothing was overcooked. Great meal and we will do again.
