Macaroni and cheese goes upscale, featuring bow-tie pasta, bacon and spinach. This delicious dish can serve six in just 25 minutes.

Ridiculously easy & Amazingly Delicious! Fun & different. The kids & grown ups loved it both the same. Much better for a hot, Texas summer than the traditional baking of mac 'n cheese. Doubled the recipe, but as other's suggested, I did not use all of the sauce. I had just over 3/4 cup of sauce left over! But I will use it as a topping for baked potatoes. ;) yum! <3

I really liked this! I doubled the recipe, with the exception of the spinach- there would have been way too much! I also took the advice of another reviewer and didn't put all the sauce on. I was glad I didn't! Oh, also.. instead of using all sharp cheddar, I used a bag of mixed cheddar cheeses. It worked really well! I will absolutely make this again. :)

It was okay. The sauce texture was a little floury, if that's a word. And next time I wouldn't pour all the sauce onto the pasta. Less sauce + more pasta, might be really good. But my husband said it was good, and I might make it again.
