These are delicious; we added some mini chocolate chips to ours, or you can spread a little Nutella on top instead of butter and syrup. YUM!

Excellent pancake recipe. I added a tsp of cinnamon, and a tsp of vanilla to the recipe. I also added chocolate chips on top while they were cooking. Big hit with the family!

These were delicious. I even used splenda instead of sugar. I added an extra dash of cinnamon. I'd never used pumpkin for pancakes before and it was a hit!
