I loved this recipe. I left out the Black Beans, and it was still amazing. I will be making this again. I want to subsitute chicken for the shrimp and see how that tastes.

YUM! So easy and fast! I added some shredded carrot, just for a little bit of vegetables, and skipped the black beans. Served over rice, it's better than any Chinese food we can buy in our small town!

I made this last week because my sister saw the recipe online and gave it to me. It was delicious. I admit though, I didn''t use those beans because I don''t care for them, but I did use black beans and I also admit I added a few cloves of chopped garlic.

The sauce is quite heavy after adding the cornstarch mixture but divine! I squeezed a touch of lemon juice on just before serving and that was so good, I''ll add lemon zest also, next time! A definate choice!
