I cannot believe how easy and fantastic this dish is!! We've made it twice this week. We actually halve the recipe though just for the two of us. I have NO idea how you would get 12 servings out of the original recipe...and we are very health conscious eaters. I didn't change a single thing, although as we were eating it tonight a light bulb went off and I decided that next time I make this I'll add some fresh diced mango. :) I'm a vegetarian, but my fiance added some shredded chicken to his and couldn't stop raving about it.
