Make this for dinner tonight. I thought it was ok. My husband wasn't impressed. He said it was bland and needed more salt or something. The actual chicken WAS bland but once you drench it in the sauce it seemed fine to me.

This recipe was excellent. I made it one night as an experiment and my boyfriend and I liked it so much that we eat it once a week. We put some black beans next to it and it makes for a quick, healthy, filling, delicious dinner.
