Yummy! My husband and son both loved it. I didn't measure anything. I didn't have taco seasoning so I improvised. Otherwise made as directed (except we added the dressing and chips to our individual plates). This will for sure be a staple! If you want to save calories, this salad does not need the chips to be great. I think it would be good with sour cream and guacamole in place of the dressing too!

So easy, versatile, and delicious. So many options to change this up. However, most of the ingredients are already in the house and that is what makes it so great to rely on when you don't know what to make for a quick, nutritious dinner.

This was so yummy! Definitely restaurant quality. We did black beans and olives and instead of dressing, we used low fat sour cream and sprinkled on some chili powder. Will def make again!

Husband raved and asked if we can have it again. I added black beans, green onions and tomatoes. We used salsa and no dressing.

Really great recipe to use leftovers. I didn't have enough chicken so I added leftover cooked smoked sausage cut in small chunks along with the chicken. Then I added some chopped green and red pepper as well when I cooked the meat with the taco seasoning. I also added chopped cucumber to the lettuce. It was sooooooo yummy!

My family makes this all the time and we add black beans or kidney beans for added color and flavor. If you want to spice the dressing up a bit, take some ranch dressing and add some of the taco seasoning to it. It will really add a little something extra!

I didn't have an ranch or french salad dressing on hand, so I used a homemade version of Catalina dressing instead. It was very good and I'll be making it again and again.

I plan to make this salad, because it does look very nice. I have had a similar salad in a restaurant, I think I will add some chopped avacado, and possibly some cooked crumbled bacon.
