I won't be serving this to my family again. The texture and the flavors were all wrong together. You can eat it (with help from some hot sauce, sour cream, and cheese) but it is not good. The noodles don't belong in a Tex-Mex dish.

It tasted really good, but it would have been better with chicken or chorizo. The sauce was also really good on chips and could be eaten as a warm dip instead of a dinner with pasta.
