Delicious! I've used this recipe since the early 1970s and it hasn't failed me yet! Some will wish to add garlic powder, onion powder, or other seasonings to give the chicken some extra zip, but good old salt and pepper may be all you'll need. Be sure to monitor the chicken as it cooks and to adjust the heat as necessary. Then, sit back and savor the ultimate Southern comfort food. Enjoy!
