Not a keeper, found the recipe to be bland.

I made this last night. It was a huge hit!! After reading other reviews I added more poultry seasoning (to taste), added more garlic powder and salt and pepper and added sharp cheddar cheese (a little more than 2 cups). I knew the cooking time would have to be extended, so I let it cook for about an hour. Awesome! I am keeping this for a great, easy meal!! Hubby and kids loved it! Easy to put together and then just pop it in the oven. Side salad... Yum!!

I made this tonight but changed it a bit. I used 2 chicken breasts cut up/cooked,one can of canned chicken, less sour cream, 2 cans of creamed corn, and 2 boxes of jiffy corn muffin mix. I should of cooked it longer but it went very well. Kids loved it even my pickiest eater.

Sadly this is NOT a keeper in our house. Did as others suggested and cooked longer however was still watery in the bottom. No flavor at all.

I followed some suggestions of other reviewers and cooked it for about 40 minutes. I used rotisserie chicken which was really good. I also added additional spices (some chili powder, ginger and onion powder). It was so good!! I will be making this again!

Question here - anyone tried freezing the finished product, or have any advice on how well you think it would freeze?

This sounds so good and easy to lighten up with lite sour cream and 2% milk cheese. Has anyone tried adding a veggie like green beans or peas to the chicken mixture?

I made this for dinner and my family LOVED it. Pretty easy. I used cream of mushroom/garlic soup instead of sour cream. I added some spices, too. I also needed to cook it for about 45 mins. 30 mins wasn't enough time. Very versatile meal. Easy to change it up.
