Whoa! Finally a cornbread that didn't turn out dry. And the fire in this is great! I was thrown by the Fiber One but you don't even notice it in the bread. I just can't give it five stars because something was a little bit missing, to balance the flavor. Honey! We have been drizzling it on the top but think it would be even better as a glaze, not just a topping.
