cup Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ Niblets® frozen corn

cup mayonnaise
1/4
cup barbecue sauce

cups shredded rotisserie chicken

cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved

butter lettuce leaves

medium green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 1 Empty Pasta mix into 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of boiling water. Gently boil uncovered 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, adding corn during last 2 minutes of cooking.
  • 2 Drain pasta and corn; rinse with cold water. Shake to drain well.
  • 3 In large bowl, stir together Seasoning mix, mayonnaise and barbecue sauce. Stir in pasta, corn, chicken and tomatoes. Line serving plate with lettuce leaves. Top with salad mixture; sprinkle with green onions. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate 1 hour to chill.

Made this for dinner tonight and we loved it!! I added some extra of everything along with some peas and served it chilled over spinach.. was perfect. This will definitly be made in our house again!

My family loved this. I put a mixture of greens/Spinach underneath and added a bit extra BBQ sauce (to the plate of each that wanted it) for a little more flavor. I also made double the recipe for a family of 4 (all had seconds and were very happy the extra was there). We also had some left over for lunch the next day. In other words if you are making this for one night and don't want leftovers you don't need to double this filling meal. I prob used more chicken then it called for. I always do. I hope this helped. I am about to make this again right now.

tried this tonight for a lighter meal, i loved it, my boyfriend was going to get another helping, but the dog licked his plate! good thing we used paper plates!
