First time I made this I used applewood rub instead of thyme and it turned out great. My kids didn't care to much for the sweet potatoes though. I'm makeing another one now and chose to use plain white potatoes. Great recipe!!!

Super easy to make - put it in the crock pot and forget about it!! The apple juice gave the veggies and the meat a great flavor. Pork was tender and very good! Whole family enjoyed it!

This was wonderful. I took some of the juice from the pot and made a gravy. The apple juice gave the sweet potatoes a wonderful flavor. The thyme went well with the flavors going on as well. Will definately make again.

So delish! I used a pre seasoned pork roast. It was applewood smoke flavor. I followed the rest of the recipe exactly. It almost was like a stew once I shredded up the meat. A nice smokey flavor. Will definitely make again. Even my 5 year old liked it!

My husband and I both enjoyed this for dinner tonight. It was very easy to make. I think next time I make it, though, I will use half as much thyme. The thyme flavor almost took over and since I don't use it that often, it is not a flavor we are used to. Other than that, it was good.
