Entertaining is a breeze with this quick, easy, white pizza-inspired slow-cooker dip. Serve with chips, bread or fresh veggies.
oz sour cream
cup ricotta cheese
cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 oz)
cup diced pepperoni
cup grated Parmesan cheese
tablespoon Italian seasoning
cloves garlic, finely chopped
In large bowl, mix sour cream, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, the pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic until well combined.
Pour mixture into 3- to 4- quart slow cooker. Top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 2 hours.
Stir until smooth and well combined.
Serve this amazing dip with your favorite raw veggies, Food Should Taste Good™ chips or slices of bread.
For easier cleanup, spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray before adding ingredients.
