Make dinner a delicious one-dish snap with turkey, vegetables and gravy, left to simmer in your slow cooker all day long. Surprise bonus: It’s low-fat!

This was not a good dish. The turkey did come out tender but the gravy was bland. I figured that it could be fixed by adding salt but it didn’t work. I’ve been pretty successful at making Betty Crocker slow cooker recipes, but sometimes you will have a hit and sometimes you will have a miss….this was a miss.

It was good, not fabulous. Don't know if I'll make it again unless the turkey breast is boneless. Like the other reviews, the turkey fell off the bones ... and the bones all fell apart and were all through the gravy with the potatoes and carrots. Yuck! The gravy had terrific flavor and the meat was tender. But the bones made it an unplesant dish.

Tweaked this a little because my grocery store didn't have turkey breasts. I bought the smallest turkey I could find (8 lbs) and doubled everything. The turkey fell off the bones and was so tender and juicy, the gravy mixture with the bacon was infused in the turkey and veggies which were tender and delicious. Such a nice slow cooked meal! I also used small yukon gold potatoes as I like their flavor better. Add some stuffing and you've got a great comfort meal. Really good and simple.

Excellent variation on a good standard! Great flavor. I doubled the carrots and omitted the potatoes because we had just had potatoes with another meal. Turned out very delicious and the house smelled amazing! Took the juice and mixed it with a can of cream of chicken to make gravy which I poured over gnocchi.
