Well, I wasn't so lucky. I just salvaged it for the dogs to eat.:) Mine turned out very mushy, like oatmeal and the celery wasn't done. Any suggestions as to how I can make it better next time? I did add a little extra broth because it looked like it was going to be burned...is that how yours looked? I guess by adding the extra broth, it made it mushy. So, did you follow the exact directions?

Made this for a family dinner. Could not find turkey thighs so sub boneless chicken thighs. Yummy!!! but I wish recipe listed #s of meat needed, that would have been helpful. But otherwise a big hit. No leftovers.
