I've had these before, and they are "da bomb" of short ribs. Beef was so moist and fall-off-the-bone tender!! The sauce is also great with pork ribs, too. I love the combination of the sweet & tangy. A friend of mine made these last week and brought me some to share. For added smokey flavor, she added a touch of cumin in with the sauce as it slow cooked -- Soooo finger-licking good!!
