This dinner came out awesome. My husband & I loved it we are adding this to our favorite recipe. I had read the reviews, some saying that the pork was dry. So I opted to use a thicker pork chop on the bone & added more stuffing & doubled the broth. The meat fell off the bone & was not dry at all.

I made this and my husband thought it was very good. As some have said, it cooked faster than the time stated. I did double up on the stuffing as my husband LOVES stuffing. I used a 5 quart cooker and the stuffing had a nice crisp on the bottom, which I love and soft and moist in the middle. The pork chops were fork tender. Will definitely make this again. We have a winner!

I thought this was a wonderful receipe, however I wish I would've made the stuffing seperate. I heeded the advice of the other reviewers and used less liquid, however mine still turned out very, very soggy. I used frozen pork chops since my work day tends to stretch out longer than the recommended cook time. The pork chops were delicious & not dried out like some of the other reviewers mention. My children enjoyed it but we all agreed that the next time the stuffing would be going in the oven. Definitely a redo... just with some tweaking.

Very good! I accidentally added too much chicken broth, so it was a little soggy the first time. Will try it again though, and I'm sure it will be great!

This meal was very good, except my crockpot seemed to cook it too fast. We had it on low for 7 hrs, and it turned out very dry & part of the stuffing burned. Will definitely make it again, but will cook for only 5 hrs & will add more stuffing.

This meal was really good except the pork was a wee bit dry. Even though I only cooked it for 5 hours. Next time I will not be cooking it as long. I added more stuffing mix, cherries/cranberries, and apple but I kept the original 1 cup of broth and the stuffing was PERFECT and so flavorful! I will be making this again to try and perfect the meat.

I loved this recipe. It was quick and easy. I substituted cranberries for the cherries and used apple juice for the chicken broth. I also will use less liquid next time. My cook time on low was only about 3 1\2 hours.

I thought this meal was easy and tasty. I did used dried cranberries instead of cherries and also used dried apples so they wouldn't get mushy so fast. I only cooked about 4 hours though and the chops, fell apart. I think the longer cooking time would have made the stuffing too dry for me. I would cook this again. Really spray your crock pot good with ckg spray as directed or the sides of the stuffing will start to burn and stick a little.
