Oh my goodness! These have the best taste! So moist and tender, just enough tang and enough sweet to blend great! Easy to do

This dish was an instant hit for dinner. Made a few adjustments. I sliced the onion and a green bell pepper which I used as a bed for my meat. Other than that I left as is. This recipe will definately be added to my dinner rotation.

This is an AWESOME recipe! We LOVE it! I marinate my ribs in the onion/garlic/pineapple overnight. I double the recipe for my family - great for leftovers.

This was excellent! I used pork chops instead of ribs and they just fell apart in the crock pot so it was basically like pulled pork. I spooned that over rice and served with broccoli. My family loved it. Will definately have to make it again and soon!

This is DE-LI-CIOUS! I did ground ginger instead of fresh and cooked it 4hrs low, 2hrs high, then 30min high (after discarding juices and adding final sauce). Easy to make, will definately make again.

A very good and easy recipe. The pork just fell apart and the sauce was perfect. I served it over quinoa and spooned some of the sauce over it. The whole family enjoyed this.
