If you've never cooked ham with marmalade, here's your chance--an easy blend of the citrus preserve with mustard, brown sugar, and pineapple makes an easy glaze.

I made this for Easter and it was great. The in-laws loved it and the kids came back for more! One thing to note, if you are making gravy out of the juice, it's going to not only be sweet but have a strong orange flavor. Everyone enjoyed it but I didn't care for orange flavored gravy.

This smelled up the house and it smelled amazing! It also tasted great! The only criticism my husband could think of was to put more brown sugar! I also think that basting it in the cooking liquid during the cooking process will make it even better.
