This slow-cooked, three-bean meat chili gets a kick from prepared sauce and canned chiles. Top with pre-shredded Cheddar cheese for extra bite.

Baked beans and butter beans wouldn't have been my first or second choice for a three bean chili. I'd put this up against yours any day: Preparation time 20 minutes. 1 lb. extra lean ground beef 1 10 oz. can Old El Paso hot, medium or mild enchilada sauce (1 pkg. Old El Paso taco seasoning mix can be substituted if tomatoes are not drained.) 1 can red beans 1 can pinto beans 1 can dark red kidney beans 1 medium onion, chopped 1 7 oz. can Old El Paso Green Chiles, chopped 1 can diced tomatoes, drained 1 cup shredded cheese 1 bag Dorito's Nacho Cheese Chips Brown ground beef and onion in deep skillet. Add additional ingredients and bring to boil, cooking for 5 minutes. Top bowl servings with shredded cheese and with a handful of Dorito's on the side. (Dorito's can either be crumbled on top or serve as dipping spoons.) All these tastes together make this a dish I once made in haste, but has now become a fast-food standard in my house.
