This is one of our favorite meals!! We love it. I substitute yellow rice for the white & add a purple onion to sprinkle on when serving. Don't be afraid, add a little more garlic & chili powder. Delicious!!

Again .. easy and "fast" .. IF all ingredients come out of a jar, a can, a box, a packet. Not all of us have access to these, or the desire to use them if we did. Anybody still use real food anymore?

This is great. It's easy and full of flavor. I cut it in half for my family of three. We've been going to a local Mexican restaurant for over thirty years, and I have never been able to duplicate the shredded beef they use in their dishes. This is the closest and tastiest I've ever come!

This is a great recipe!! Very easy to make and flavorful. I made it for company & they loved it as well. This will be one of my go to recipes from now on. I did use fresh garlic & 2 cans of beans since we love black beans.

Very disappointed in this meal. There was little taste and meat was tough. Sounded so good & actually smelled delicious. My husband and I were not happy with this choice - would not make again.
