These were just alright. They needed much more of a kick. Next time I'd put a lot more spice/red pepper in them and maybe top them with pepper jack or feta.

This recipe was excellent. The only item I substituted was the tomato sauce. I replaced it with tomato soup (low salt). It was great!

I am not a great cook or a good cook, but I wanted to let everyone know that I did my best and with the instructions for this receipt. It turned out to be the best thing I have cooked in my life. It was the best tasting and it was very easy to prepare. I am so thankful for Betty Crocker for this receipt, and I even impressed my sister that has been cooking for a while.

My fiance had been asking me for stuffed peppers for the longest time. I looked around for something different and found these recipe. So I gave it a try and he just LOVED it. Now he wants me to make it for him every week. I also tried it with ground chicken and it''s great too. Thank you for the wonderful recipe.
