Everyone at Bunco loved this recipe. Several asked for the recipe. Though I didn't take credit for it, I wanted to. I did direct them to the Betty Crocker website. This is a great meal for the upcomming Fall/Winter season. I definately will make it again, but it was lacking onions, and salt.

This was excellent. I doubled the ingredients and cooked it on hi for 8 hours and it was perfect!!! Beef barley soup is my husbands favorite soup and he absolutely loved this!!!

This is a really great and easy recipe, I used a box (32 oz.) of Beef Broth, instead of the 2 1/2 cups of water and bouillon. It wasn't too much liquid for my taste. I started the Slow Cooker before I went to bed, and by the time I got ready for work the next morning, it was ready and I took it for lunch. It is very thick and hearty, and tasts great. I will deffinatly use this recipe again. I have already shared this recipe with a couple of friends. B.K. New Mexico
