This is excellent! I have made it several times now. I use just frozen corn instead because mixed veggies just seem weird in it. My husband loves it! Next time I am going to sprinkle cheese on it too. Pretty simple to make...

I used ground chicken instead of beef and it tasted sooooo good! It was so easy to make and I will definitely be making this again!

Made this for dinner tonight. It came out pretty good. Easy to make. Next time I am using brand name "real" sloppy joe sauce. I used a store brand.

Love this. I do it a little different though. Spread the potatoes over the whole dish, then when it's done, melt some sharp cheddar cheese on top. Even better.

I had meatloaf for leftovers and wanted to add some flavor. This recipe did that perfectly!! I heated the meatloaf in a skillet and added my mixed vegetables(again leftover) and followed the rest of the recipe. It was even better than the meatloaf. Very good and a keeper.

Cooked this tonight and my family enjoyed it. The husband gave it 7 out of 10 stars and the kids gave it 9 out of 10! Good way to get the kids to eat their veggies. Would definitely cook this again.

This was YUMMY! The consistancy worried me to begin with, because it was so thick. But it turned out great. Definily one for the recipe book. For some reason...it tastes even better the next day.
