I just made this soup and it is very bland in taste. Also, the recipe calls for WAY too many noodles, so my whole "Soup" is nothing but a pot of noodles with no taste at all. I have to actually dig to find a mushroom or bell pepper! I will not make this again.

This soup was easy and delicious! Served 2 as a main dish, but could easily serve 4 as a side. The first time I made it I felt it was a little too heavy on the rosemary so the second time I only used 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary and this was much better. The rosemary no longer overpowered the mushroom flavor.
