1pound pork boneless top loin
1 1/4cups Original Bisquick® mix
1/3cup sesame seed
1teaspoon salt
1teaspoon paprika
1teaspoon ground mustard
2eggs
2tablespoons milk
2tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
Sweet-and-sour sauce or mustard, if desired

1.Heat oven to 425ºF. Spread 1 tablespoon melted butter in rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches. Trim excess fat from pork; cut pork into 1/4-inch slices. Cut slices into strips 1/4 inch wide.
2.Stir together Bisquick, sesame seed, salt, paprika and mustard. Beat eggs and milk with fork. Dip pork strips into egg mixture; coat with sesame seed mixture. Place pork strips in single layer in pan. Drizzle 2 tablespoons melted butter over pork.
3.Bake uncovered 30 to 35 mintues or until brown and crisp. Serve with sauce.

Variation
This sesame coating is equally delicious on chicken. To make sesame chicken strips, substitute 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts for the pork.
