This flavor-packed dip is perfect potluck fare. Surrounded by colorful veggies and crispy crackers, it’s almost as good to look at as it is to eat!

Another great tasting option would be to use Pumpernicle Bun-Bread! Again, cutting out the center, fill center of bun with dip and cube the cap to begin the dip of a life time. It has taken me several years to find this recipe, including the name of dip and what the type of bread was that keeps you comming back for more.

this recipe is quite good if tweaked a little... For the missing flavor I add a pkg of Knorr veggie mix, along with 3 or 4 tbsp of mayo and miracle whip for an extra snap. I've been making it this way for 10 yrs and have been reprimanded for not making it :-)

Like 20% of the population, I have a severe food allergy. I'm alleric to nuts, including water chestnuts. So instead of water chestnuts, I use diced jerusalem artichoke for crunch.

This is too chunky and doesn't have much flavor.

It is soooo good. My grandchildren love it. This is easy to make. I have been making this for my family for about 30 years. Placed in hollowed out red and green sweet peppers (bell peppers) for Christmas makes it colorful. I use different colored sweet peppers for the different occasions.

I brought this to a Thanksgiving dinner. It didn''t go over really well, but it wasn''t a total failure either. I think the spinach starts to taste stronger after a few days. It does taste good on crackers, but not so much with veggies.

I made this for a family get together and everyone LOVED it. Next time I''ll have to make a double batch!! Even the kids were eating the veggies.
