This is a never-fail crowd-pleaser. It is delicious, satisfying, comforting, as well as easy to make. Because it has meat, veggies, and pasta in it, it is a one-dish wonder (complete meal in one dish), making it perfect for baby meals, sick friend meals, or even bunco nights. Reserve the crushed chips and freeze the casserole for a make-ahead. Thaw and heat as directed.

Not a big fan of the flavor of the sauce. Just the cumin flavor was not very tasty and it made the whole dish almost unbearable. For left overs I added lots of black and red pepper and it made it better, otherwise i almost threw it out. I'm really not that picky either!

Nice flavor, mildly easy, and the crumbled tortillas on the top were great! This is easy to make but with lots of parts, so not quick, but easy. After trying many simple ingrediant, low cost recipes my husband said this was something he would want again.
