This is very easy. Everyone loves it and will think it took you hours. I tried it last Christmas and it was a hit.

Tried this one but I think maybe I didn't let the sugar dissolve enough. The toffee part still seemed grainy. Taste was good but texture was off. Will try again when I have more patience.
