Are rich nuts difficult for you to turn down? If so, you'll love these rich, loaded nutty bars.

I've made these many times. Everyone loves them and in fact, have nicknamed them "Oh My God!" Bars. Every time someone takes a bite they say "Oh My God!!" I've switched up the butterscotch chips for chocolate and caramel as well and the crusts with graham cracker or chocolate graham. I've also drizzled white and or chocolate over the top and they are all excellent! These bars are truly delicious.

These bars are a hit! Made them for Father's Day cookout and my friend's mom said they were "The best thing she has ever tasted." I used macadamia nuts and baked on a parchment paper lined 15" x 10" x 1" pan. Used a plastic knife to free the edges and when cool, lifted them out under the paper onto a cutting board. Now our neighbor wants the recipe.

These have always been a hit. I've thought about drizzling them with melted chocolate to make them extra special. If they are too hard to cut just warm in the oven for a few minutes.

Very good and tasty! They are easy to make and everyone loved them. I love the contrast of salt and sweet.I omitted the butterscotch chips and instead just used a teaspoon of vanilla for the glaze so I don''t think there was as much glaze as if I had used the butterscotch but it still turned out great. I think I might just add an extra 1/4 cup of corn syrup and 1 extra tablespoon of butter to create a little more glaze next time. Also, I found it worked better to cut the brown sugar and flour together before adding the butter/margarine in order to get it evenly distributed.

These were REALLY good. They are really hard to cut right out of the fridge, so let them set a while. Very easy recipe and very impressive taste.
