I just made these meatballs and couldn't stop eating them! Tangy and tasty! The only thought I might add is that the salsa is too thick and should likely be thinned with some broth or a can of chopped tomatoes in order to use it as a sauce for brown rice or pasta.

I tried this recipe and the whole family loved it! The kids are asking me to make it again, and soon! We enjoy spaghetti and meatballs, so that is why this recipe caught my attention. This is a much lighter, but just as delicious choice in the summer!

These meatballs were great! The only thing I did differently was I added about 1/4 cup of the salsa in the meatball mix, and I sauteed the meatballs in butter and olive oil. I''ve been asked for the recipe.

I was looking for a spaghetti and meatball recipe. I really wanted to try ground turkey instead of beef, so this was the closest thing that I could find. Oh yeah, and this is the first time I have ever attempted meatballs. I changed a few things. I used garlic salt, dried basil, and added a little extra of the ingredients that my husband and I like. I also used egg beaters in place of the egg. I baked like the recipe said, and then let them simmer in a chunky tomato sauce instead of the salsa. We had them on top of whole wheat spaghetti noodles with a salad. They turned out fantastic, and my craving was met! I will definitely make again.

I brought this dish to a pot-luck dinner, and several people asked for the recipe.

I made this recipe and my husband and I loved it. I also added some garlic for some extra zing. They were very moist, but next time I''ll use non-stick spray on the pan.
