I don't know what happened when I made this. It was too milky and never completely absorbed all the milk. I was a little disappointed since this is my boyfriend's favorite dessert. I did everything the way the recipe said to. I guess I'll have to make it again to see what went wrong. The flavor was nice.

Excellent recipe!! As I like coconut, I used 2 cups of coconut milk and 1/2 cup whole milk, and 1 1/2 cups of left over rice from dinner. Delicious! If you follow the directions exactly for the amount of ingredients and cooking time, you should have no problems. Delicious warm or cold. Thank you for a great recipe!

Growing up like every child on earth I thought my Mom was the best cook on earth. We loved everything she made and her rice pudding was one of our favorites. I have long looked for a recipe as creamy as hers. I'm happy to say this is the closest I have found. Not wanting to go to the market I was alittle short on milk, (1/4 cup), and I'm happy to report, it was still creamy and Full of flavor. Thank you so very much.

This is the rice pudding recipe I've been looking for. Made it with leftover rice and it was great. I used an egg subsitute and artificial sweetener to keep calories and fat to a minimum. It turned out just as creamy as I wanted. Raspberry sause was a hit as well. Thanks!!!

This is just what I was looking for in a homemade rice pudding! I doubled the rice, but that was a little bit too much. I'll have to play around with the quantity of rice to get it just the way I like it. The slight vanilla and cinnamon flavours were great! My 16 month old gobbled this up!

Better leave enough milk on top of the rice pudding when it's in the oven. i liked it, but mine wasn't creamy at all. Otherwise, a very delicious desert.
